Xoriant has a great culture, and I had the privilege of working with an amazing team.
I was fortunate to have senior management that trusted me, encouraged me to take ownership, and empowered me to deliver without micromanagement. That level of trust played a significant role in my professional growth.
From a personal perspective, the compensation was competitive, and the annual hikes were fair, consistent, and satisfactory.
Overall, my six years at Xoriant have been an incredible journey filled with learning, growth, and wonderful experiences. I will definitely miss being a part of the organization. 🙂
Cons
If I had to pinpoint one area for improvement, I would say that some of the HR policy changes introduced over the last couple of years did not feel particularly employee-friendly. That said, I understand that these decisions may have been driven by changing market conditions and business needs.
