Interview
The interview process was interesting. I think it speaks to SOME of the people they hire. It's as if they grab bag candidates not really paying attention to what they are getting. Some of it transitions into the work place and some of it weeded out. My concern is that there are not enough good qualified candidates being hired and the good ones that are hired are turned off by the bad ones that are hired. There were few college educated and passionate hires that were mixed in with the first job seekers, under 21, and 1st job candidates that turned off the ones who were there for a career and not just a summer job. It's unfortunate because there is so much growth opportunity. There were a lot of candidates who were hired the same day who came for a job in their pajamas. I am not kidding! One girl had her hair wrapped in a doo rag and had on houseshoes for her interview. Anyone could walk in and get a job. They needed bodies to fill seats to fill quota for their clients which equated to the hot mess of a work place.

Went great interviewers were really friendly went over everything I asked and answered all my questions asked relevant questions pertaining to the job gave the option to use personal or professional scenarios
Plusieurs entretiens en visio, pas de difficultés particulières rencontrées. Les RH étaient sympathiques et ont bien expliqué les différents avantages proposés ainsi que les modalités d'entretien. Tout était clair, pas de difficultés particulières
It was very great, very informative. And the interviewer really knew how to make me feel comfortable. And I'm very happy that I chose them. It was absolutely amazing. I really look forward to working with them in the future
