Interview
First with HR, then hiring manager, then panel, then CTM, then another lead, then director, then hiring manager AGAIN, then HR again. They also ask for references from current employer- 2 must be managers which is ridiculous if you don't want to broadcast you are looking to leave and if I remember correctly would need to be video calls. Also was told the higher end of the salary range they posted would not even be considered which is confusing (then why was that the range?)

Question 1
Was asked technical questions on systems and processes the company doesn't even use. Was very apparent the interviewer used AI or google to read off generic questions which again didn't apply to the role. During panel, interviewers were distracting as they were not listening or engaging, one screen was going in and out, and were clearly typing/working while I was speaking.

The hiring manager was very professional and nice. It was an hour-long panel interview. The interviewer were starting from introducing the position and the company. They basically were asking about technical questions.
