Really efficient! The recruiter was clear about the steps from the beginning and very quick to respond. There were 4 steps:
1. Interview with the recruiter
2. Cognitive + Personality Test
3. Interview with a couple of managers
4. Panel Interview + Case study with hiring manager and director
First step is a technical/iq test. Once that is cleared, the next step is a call with the recruiter.
The recruiter prepared me for next steps with the hiring manager in terms of what questions to ask and so on, while saying a call with the hiring manager was next and I should look for an invite before the end of the week.
Then I got ghosted.
After you apply , there is an online assessment. The online assessment has two components cognitive assessment and personality assessment (eg. if A > B, B < C does C=A ) . After that I got a call from HR. General first round HR questions (eg. tell me about yourself). Overall it was good experience
