I applied and quickly received a rejection email followed up by another email stating the hiring manager saw my application and wants to interview me. The interviewer's technique was fairly awkward. He described the company and then just sat there. He stayed silent for a long time and wouldn't respond to anything I said. I eventually asked if he had anything he wanted to ask me or discuss. I was asked some basic technical questions about Linux. Some people were listening in on slack which I wasn't informed about. They accidentally leaked their mic and was told it was slack after I asked about who was talking. At the end of the interview he said he just wanted to see if I was crazy.
This was followed up by a take home technical test.

Recruiter connected me with them. Then they gave me a take home technical assessment. I passed and then scheduled an interview with one of their senior engineers. He said it went well and that they would reach out to schedule a final interview. Then neither I nor the recruiter heard from them for a month. Eventually they told him that they deprioritized the position so nobody got it. They wasted my time and every other applicant/recruiter's time.

Interview
Multiple phone screens (HR and senior dev), take home project, and several in person interviews (3). Did not use my time efficiently.
They requested that I complete several very strange online questionnaires; I had never seen anything similar in my career.
1) Many questions along the lines of ‘All my problems are not my fault and caused by someone else, true or false?’.
2) Several timed questions asking the interviewee to sum up (something similar to) the number of ‘1’s and ‘l’s within a line; all types of insane visual tests.
