RecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Hard work is recognized and rewarded, very respectful and professional workplace, new ideas are appreciated and considered from anyone in the company, employees are given substantial autonomy, micromanagement is nonexistent, company is very open and collaborative unlike other trading firms which are secretive/siloed within the firm, company is very transparent and actively asks employees for feedback, people are highly valued and appreciated rather than treated as dispensable
Cons
No cons specific to XR, but the trading industry in general is very fast-paced and competitive, so not suitable for everyone

Pros
- Work with some of the smartest people I have ever met. Top tier technologists and clever, resourceful traders. - Everyone at XR is self motivated and we all work in common to improve the company's bottom line - The culture, emanating from top management, is one of respect, integrity and determination. Everyone's voice is heard and the best idea wins the day no matter who championed it. - Work life balance is encouraged - XR treats its employees well. I have worked at several trading firms, and I have been at XR for the better part of a decade. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else.
Cons
- Hiring process is grueling. But it's because the company is so open and collaborative. Its difficult to get in but once you are the company has full faith and trust in you and your skillset.

Pros
Employer paid medical benefits and top tier 401k matching
Cons
3 major reductions of force last year, beware. Unless you are a trader, the financial status of the business as a whole will never be communicated to you until it's too late.
