I applied online. I interviewed at XR Marketing
applied online, gave a call, said to dress business smart or something. i put on tuxedo hoping that will impress. I go there, friendly receptionist like they always do to lure in to rude job interviewer. there are a bunch of people, some leaving with some excuse need to meet someone or something cause don't like the job already lol. receptionist gives page with some questions that are already in my cl and cv. then people go to job interview. then the guy calls i go and he asks me stupid questions like why should i give job to you? I say cause i can sell. He like the other guy in waiting room can sell too, i say duno prolly. then he like you need to sell yourself. and basically left. it was useless. didn't know how much they paid per hour or how many hours, apparently it's door to door sale of charity comission based so glad i didn't work there. so ye he was like ye dude we totally so awesome why should give job to you it's so awesome. ask government to close the company. i left looking good in tuxedo only benefit i suppose

They called me and told me i was shortlisted for an interview the following day, came in to a small office. After waiting awkwardly with the other "shortlisted" people i went in for a very short 1 on 1 interview.
- Did you have previous sales experience

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at XR Marketing (Dublin, Dublin) in Aug 2016
I applied online and got a call scheduling an interview, they also sent me an e-mail confirming the details with a link to a form that I should fill before the interview. The interview was basically a reading of my answers and comments about my hobbies and a quick look at my cv, a new meeting with more people was scheduled for the next day. The second part of the process was in a meeting room with about 9 more candidates, each one said a bit about themselves and the guy spent 30 minutes giving an explanation about direct marketing, the history of the company and what the job is actually about: door to door fundraising. He didn't say this in exact words, he tried to make it look fancy (of course, marketing people). I said no, thanks.
- Where are you from? How long are you planning to stay in Ireland?

First interview painless, it was them doing most of the taking, lasted 10 mins. The waiting room felt a bit like a dentists office with the elevator music and nervous people. The second group one was just everybody introducing themselves and then Daryl held a 40min presentation about how the company works and explaining how the salary works. At the end we filled out a survey that asked us if we still wanna work for them and it asked questions about the presentation, like a mini quiz. People there were from all over the worold, and some with not so good english speaking skills.
- Why did you move to Ireland

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at XR Marketing
The interviewer called the candiates one by one at the beginning. But, then, he started to call two candidates per interview, since there was no time and the room was crowded by people. The interview was simple, I was asked To speak about my hobbies, the reason why I want to work for the company, what are my future goals, if I worked or voluntered for a charitable association and why. The interview was led in an easy going and calm way. At the end, it was given time to ask some question to the recruiter. I think that is better to ask something, just, to clarify your doubts about the company, the role and the wage.
- Why do you want to work for us?

Three rounds, first phone screen, second group presentation by MD explaining us what he wants to do and for the third one they required us to do an SEO proposal, whole digital marketing agenda.
- How would you go about our digital marketing strategy and the whole SEO process

I sat with MD Daryl Burrowes and we talked about what he can offer and what is he looking from a potential candidate. Over all it was a good experience. After first round we had second round, open day where Daryl explained even more how would our typical day look like , something like a presentation and after than we had a chance to decide if we're up for this kind of work or not.
- Do you have any customer service experience

I applied online. The process took 2 or 3 days. They would hire anybody eager to earn less than minimum working from 11am till 9pm. They tried to convinced me that it was a great opportunity for me.
- Interview process is easy, very basic questions about CV and previous experience. They were the ones who did all the talking. Just 10 minutes interview. What do you like about Ireland? How long do you want to stay in Dublin? What types of marketing do you know? What skills do you have?

Cheap. They would hire anybody eager to earn 200/week working 12 hours a day and they would make you believe is the chance of your life. I didnt understand why they do not at least minimum wages per week. I am not sure if the identity is hiden by other small companies

My own personal interview resembled no other interview I had previously or since. It was bizarre and very few questions were actually directed at myself. It seemed like they were willing to hire anybody as it ended up being a door to door sales position, and pay is mainly derived from commission.
- Have you ever done door to door sales?
