Initial interview with the CEO. I felt it went just ok so I didn't necessarily expect to continue on. However, I was asked to send over some writing samples for review. After that, I followed up a couple of times and never received a response. I think if you take the time to interview someone and ask them for writing samples, you at least owe them an email to let them know you're not interested.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at XCLAIM (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2021
Interview
They asked me a bunch of questions first then had me on the phone for 2 interviews. The first interview they just tried to glorify the company and talk themselves up to make the job seem alluring. The second interview, the interview "Stuart" asked me a series of ridiculous, non-sensical and random questions, skipping over my answers in a degrading way and acting very rude and condescending towards me. I had never experienced anything like it in an interview.
