After the initial screener interview, I met with the hiring manager, had a "homework assignment" and then met with a panel of team members. The communication with the recruiter was great in the beginning, and it seemed like the process would move very quickly. After the final round of interviews, I never heard back again. I thought that was very strange considering the time and effort put into the process.
