phone screen, then possible screen by hiring manager. Then onsite with a panel of 4-5. In some cases that is it, in others you may need to go back to do 2-3 more final rounds.

No preparation, lack of communication, no response from recruiters at all.
Not a smooth process, wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.
Hope the buying process of Tw upgrades the level of recruiters.
Asked odd questions that didn't focus on the role and wasn't focused on getting to know the candidate. Attention wasn't focused and interview could have been better
