The HR team was extremely inefficient and forgetful, constantly forgetting to reply my emails many times, forgetting that she organised a phone interview too and went MIA during the specified date and time. It delayed for about a few weeks to a few months And then when she finally got back to me she told me the position has already been filled up so there was only another role left which was admin based. However, after confirmation again, she said the role was recently opened up again so I went for the interview.
The entire waiting on the HR and scheduling was extremely inefficient, slow and painful. Honestly, pretty disappointing standards for a HR department especially from a reputable company like Twitter.
