I did 4 interviews with Wyndham. I was beyond qualified based on the job description. The 4th interview was done by a man who seemed completely unprepared and unprofessional. He had multiple people coming into his office asking questions throughout the interview. He seemed to be distracted and inconvenienced by having to do this interview. He was also over 25 minutes late. The whole process took about 15 minutes of actual interviewing. I reached out to my point of contact, a recruiter, to follow up afterward over the course of a couple of weeks with NO REPLY. After TWO MONTHS of zero correspondence, the recruiter had the audacity to email me, apologizing for "the delay" trying to set me up for ANOTHER interview (this would be interview number 5). Throughout the process, all of my interviewers alluded to the fact that they have had a hard time filling the position. I am not surprised in the least. If you enjoy doing 4+ pointless interviews, wasting your time and effort trying to display your own level of professionalism and competency, without getting an ounce of it in return, apply at Wyndham by all means.
