Be WARY if you're interviewing at the Springfield Gardens/JFK location. I was matched with the hiring recruiter from a third party hiring agency. She made me believe that my skills and qualifications would be enough to land a job here. Either she was lying, didn't know what they really wanted from their prospective hires; or the Interviewing manager above her didn't take her seriously. I was initially led to believe that I wouldn't need to deliver in Manhattan and that I could either be stationed at the airport, or in a completely different position working in a cubicle corresponding with clients. When I arrived at the second interview, the manager asked if I had any delivery experience in Manhattan, once I told her no, her whole demeanor changed and she said they're only looking for strictly Manhattan drivers. Other than this it was a straightforward interview, but by the time I was led to my third interview 30 mins after the second, I was pretty disappointed. I wouldn't have wasted my time or theirs coming if I knew that I didn't have the necessary experience they were looking for. Nor do I want the job even if they offered it to me based on the work I would have to do. I just wish the initial HR would have told me the truth about what they expect for the job. It seems that there's a lot of miscommunication between management. They also said they'd call me 24 hours after my initial interview and it's almost 4 days later and I still didn't receive a call. They offer good benefits, full-time work, and a decent starting wage, but if you don't like driving around Manhattan during rush hour, avoid like the plague.
