I was told to expect two rounds of face-to-face interviewing past that point, one with the hiring manager and another with a panel.

Interview
I can't believe I am about to write this, but this was the most enjoyable interviewing experience since I have been a senior level professional. Each interviewer was well prepared and asked challenging questions. At one point, I was finishing the question while the interviewer was finishing my answer. The questions aren't easy; however, with the right experience and background, they aren't difficult to answer.

Interview
Typical: HR phone screen, hiring manager call, then a slew of phone/skype/in-person meetings.
They will tell you how great their culture is, but I didn't really see it. 2 of the 5 I spoke with seemed really cool. The others seemed like they were just going through a checklist of questions and couldn't care less. One of them didn't like that I hadn't fired enough people in the course of my career.
