I was hired on spot was grand opening and only had 3 weeks what's their shopping and then I talk to the manager asking her if they needed help and she said yes ask me what kind of experience I had I told her sales decorating set up this place and she hired me and told me to come back in 3 days when I did the interview what short fast sign papers and threw me out on the floor to work no training

I was taken to the back and the interview began. The questions were very generic. There was no questions that caught me off guard which was nice. The interview was about 40 minutes long which I thought was shocking but I was nervous at first and the manager made me feel comfortable.

The interview process was easy and simple. Managers were extremely friendly and kind. They asked very basic questions that were targeted towards your availability and you’re role at the store.
Schedueling conflict. When I showed up the person who was supposed to interview me was not there and someone else had to take over. They seemed unprepared to do conduct an interview.
