Interview questions were quite technical and posed in the highest professional, also at times very personal/individual, manner. Key questions related to what extent I saw myself as prepared for the job, in which ways I´d be able to help the project achieve its targets & goals. Finally, in which ways I thought that my prior experience and knowledge could help in reaching the project´s aim of really improving the quality and standards of project design by country offices, and how I could contribute to the Regional Officer in training and supervising the training workshops to be held in a number of countries covered by that regional office.
