I applied online. I interviewed at World Food Programme (Rome)
Interview
First round was great, the panel of 4 people was super friendly and encouraging. I made it to the final round in which i was interviewed by the Senior Counsel alone. I thought it went well even though she was a bit standoffish but after the final interview I was ghosted. Not even an auto-generated rejection email to say they had filled the role. A year or so later, out of curiosity, I checked my application dashboard again just out of curiosity and my application still says "under review."
Very technical. Lot of case studies examples needed to see how you could actually work in the role. It took over an hour and it was an unpaid role. I had to show knowledge with excel inputs and examples, also how I had built dashboards before.
