Started with me applying at their booth in the university's Career Fair. That was followed by an online programming challenge. Once that went well, a day of on-site interviews was conducted that tested Math, Reasoning and Programming ability. These ended with a short HR interview/discussion about the role, the company, and was followed by an immediate acceptance/rejection.
