Interview
I was contacted by HR and they set up a phone interview for me. This lasted roughly 30 minutes and I was asked about my work-experience, my ability to take critique from others, and what value I bring to the team. After the phone interview completed I was set up with a face-to face. The face-to-face felt more like a formality and that they were just double checking that I was a good fit. It was a fairly painless process.

Interview
They were a little slow to respond to my application at first. They give preference to people who are recommended by people who work there. There was series of about 3-5 smaller interviews with team members, team leads, and the head of the professional services department. They had me take a test that gauged my cognitive skills.
