Initial recruiter screen. Technical test. Video meeting with hiring manager and HR member. Final meeting with a director. The whole process went on for a month before I gave up and without any word from recruiter or company. It was unprofessional to say the least. Interviews had to be rescheduled due to circumstances (not my own) and I felt compelled to take the interview while I was on vacation, in another country/time zone. To their credit they were willing to do this over Skype in lieu of an in person meeting. I was eventually ghosted, which is extremely rude and lacked basic professional courtesy and decency.
