Wolseley Canada Inc. interview questions

Poor experience. This company seems to be notorious on reposting jobs again and again. This specific role, was posting in January 2025, and again posted at the end of May 2025. They are not serious about interviewing. Interviews are typically, screening, then on to the hiring manager, and one-two more interviews after that. You'll notice during the screening and hiring manager rounds, they don't engage that much and ask generic questions, almost knowing that doing interviews is pointless on their end, since they won't hire. I'd skip. Especially if a company can't fill a role in 6 months.

The interview process was quite smooth. I applied and heard back within 1-2 days of applying. After the screening interview, I had two more interviews - one with the HM and one with the Director. The interviewers were very personable and it felt like a discussion more than an interview.
