Wizehire interview questions

Completed the online assessment and was asked to interview. First interview with the recruiter went very well, felt like a genuine connection and good questions. 2nd interview with the manager went great and scheduled a 3rd for a mock sales call. Slightly nervous but overall got good feedback. Was offered the position the next day. Overall was a very easy interview experience and the first time I've felt confident after.

Had two interviews in one day with this company, and the hiring manager telling me to prepare for next steps being a mock call. Never heard back after that, they ghosted me. Waste of time and a really crappy candidate experience. Really odd practices coming from a company selling hiring software.
