WiseTech Global .NET Developer interview questions

A bunch of useless tests after which they say that other candidates have more relevant experience. Have they read my CV before offering me to spend 6 hours on tests? Programming test (3 algorithms task, 4,5 hours!) + personality test (seriously?) + iq test in English, not my native language (again, seriously?). No feedback.
