Interviewed by both the manager and what I assume was her Assistant manager. Both friendly and willing to answer questions. Only downside was that I had scheduled a time online to be interviewed and did not get called back until at least 10 or 15 minutes later.

Asked to describe instance of multitasking as deli clerk would need to have that skill.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at WinCo Foods (Portland, OR)
Interview
Went into the office space above the store and was asked the most basic interview questions about strengths/weaknesses, resolving conflict, previous similar experience. Got a call back 2 hours after the interview with an acceptance and first day procedure.

Describe a time you had to resolve a conflict on a team
Mostly situational and asked if I had any questions. Really basic interview but make sure you do a little research about the position and company beforehand. Think it was a turn-off that I didn’t ask any questions.
