Interview
Very simple easy interview process. You sit with the department manager and they ask you basic questions that any interview would ask. (I.E) Why do you want to work for us ? What are you good at? If you have open availability you will be highly considered. And for the deli they are always looking for more people to fry so if you have any cooking experience I would try to push that.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at WinCo Foods (Portland, OR)
Interview
Went into the office space above the store and was asked the most basic interview questions about strengths/weaknesses, resolving conflict, previous similar experience. Got a call back 2 hours after the interview with an acceptance and first day procedure.

Mostly situational and asked if I had any questions. Really basic interview but make sure you do a little research about the position and company beforehand. Think it was a turn-off that I didn’t ask any questions.
