The interview was with two people, one asking questions and the other taking down notes. I was asked about employment history as well as my education. Described the role to me as well as what would be entailed on a day to day basis. Asked questions about interpersonal skills as well as availability. Quite an relaxed interview

Sat down with a hiring manager, she explained the training process, hours available etc. etc. And just had a general chit chat getting to know me.
Then moved onto the competency based questions which were easy enough but make sure you prepare yourself with examples beforehand as this really helps answering them.
She said she was really impressed and usually makes people wait for an answer but she knew I was the right candidate and offered me the job there and then.
