I recently went through the interview process with Wibmo, and unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. The process had its ups and downs; HR representative Sharda was excellent, displaying professionalism and courtesy throughout. However, my experience with the regional head of APAC was challenging.
During the interview, I felt that the regional head frequently put words into my mouth, which was both frustrating and unprofessional. There was a significant amount of gaslighting regarding my leadership capabilities, which did not contribute to a constructive dialogue. The questions posed were leading and didn't allow for genuine conversation or responses. Additionally, there seemed to be a lack of attention, as if he was multitasking or even eating during the discussion, which was off-putting and disheartening.
Overall, the experience was marred by a sense of egotism and a lack of active listening, which are not qualities I associate with effective leadership or company culture. I hope Wibmo can address these issues to improve their interview process for future candidates.
