I applied through other source. I interviewed at Whitestone Associates (Detroit, MI) in Feb 2016
Interview
The entire interview process, before I was notified I was not a good fit for the position was on the phone. I first responded to an on an on-line listing. I was initially called by the Human Resources recruiting person. Then I received a call by a second HR person to set-up an interview with the hiring manager. I then had a telephone interview with the hiring manager who was located in another state.

Very simple, straightforward, no valuable discussion of benefits, specific types of projects or workload. The employees were almost all men and it seemed they wanted to keep it that way.
