When Then interview questions

In 2022 I was interviewed by a Product Marketing manager after an initial screening by HR. No questions were asked about my experience, just whether I would be a good 'fit' for the company. I was then brought through to an interview with the CEO, who didn't have his camera on. He offered me the role there any then, also without asking any interview-style questions. After not hearing from them, I emailed 1 week later and I was told they had gone with someone else. When asked why, they mentioned my lack of experience. It was chaotic to say the least. I was offered an interview with their sister company solvers, which I followed through with, but heard nothing back from after the interview.

This company turns up late for an interview and you almost need to chase them for a response after you have done the interview, Worst start-up out there if you are looking to join a start-up, their CEO is a no respecter of person as well.
