• Booking.com was founded in 1996 in Netherlands, is part of Priceline.com – the mother company of booking.com. • Priceline is an OTA, selling all kind of products, such as airline, cruise and car rental. They operate in the stockyard of Nasdaq. Booking.com is specialized only in hotels.
