Standard process through recruiter and competency based questions. Professional recruiters and consistently followed through during the process. A couple of phone interviews and then flew me to HQ for face to face interviews. Process was fast and well managed.

Recruiting was responsive. Many of the interviewers seemed excited about being part of fintech, but it seemed to be mostly good intentions without any actual plan to move from a traditional company to a fast moving high tech one.

The interview focused on whether I knew how to prepare decks of materials for management meetings. Nothing was asked on people or communication skills, industry knowledge or strategy development. Seemed odd for a Vice President ... of Strategy opening.
