Phone Interview, Face to Face and a fnal 30-60-90 day review...I had an initial screening with HR and then met the hiring manager. It was a nice conversation and we reviewed sales background and strategy. We then did an online presentation of my plan. Was good exercise.

Wanted to understand sales background and experience. Asked many questions from resume and did a situation questions.
There were two rounds of interviews. I was required to take a written test before interviewing by the HR Manager. After a few days, I was selected to attend a second interview by the Sales Director. During the interview, he has conducted a role play with me to assess my sales technique
