I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Western Union (Denver, CO) in Dec 2013
Interview
Interview Process was stretched out over four (4) individuals, none of whom ended up being the hiring manager; and those four separate interviews spread out over ten weeks. By the time the job offer was made, the job title/description had changed. The salary discussions were at the high end and the offer ended up at the absolute minimum.

Question 1
WU is a different type of company, being money service we are global and have a high compliance requirement; what is your experience with AML and BSA?
Interview was long, boring and I had a feeling that interviewer wasn't interested in me at all. After Interview I had a strong feeling that I'm not interested in this job.
Long interview process, usually hire within. If you know someone from the inside you have a better chance to get a job there.

Interview
The overall feeling after the interview was weary bad. Literally 0 info about actual work there, about duties and tasks. I would not recommend - first minutes of interview made me NOT wanting to work for that company.
