I first answered some questions online. Then i had a virtual interview where I was asked a series of questions involving customers and i what I would do in each scenario.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at WestJet (Toronto, ON) in Dec 2025
Interview
Efficient, friendly.
First is a video interview where you record yourself answering some questions. Then (approximately 2 weeks later), if accepted, you get called in for a 1 on 1 interview.

Interview
The whole process took about a month. I applied last month, and I heard from them about 7 days later. It started with the Hirevue interview where you record yourself as questions appear on the screen. They give you 1 minute to prepare, and once you hit record, you can't go back as you only get 1 chance per question. It sucks cause you can't review your answers. After that, it took about another week to hear back from them where I got invited to go to the 2nd and 3rd interview (same day). It was a combination of group interview and 1-on-1 with one of the recruiters. It was a crazy day as there were about 40 applicants during my session. We had to introduce ourselves and say something interesting about us, followed by random questions on the screen where you are given 60 seconds to answer. All the staff were friendly which helps with being nervous and all. Then while that's happening, you get pulled on the side to do your 1-on-1 interview with the recruiter and asked questions to see if you are fit to do the job, and then some behavioural questions. I heard back from them 2 business days later so the overall process was quick.
