I was sourced for this role through another agency. After going through the interview process with the external agency, including two interviews (1:1 and team loop) and a written assignment, I was selected to interview with the CEO, Matt Joelson. Matt is an experienced recruiter and consultant, and values building relationships and person-job fit. In addition to interviewing me about skills and experience, he also had a genuine interest in getting to know me as a person. Next, I interviewed with the team. They focused more on asking me about my experience, skills, and other behavioral based questions, but also expressed genuine interest in getting to know me as a person. After a final interview with Matt I was selected for the role.
