Applied online and got contacted back on the next day. The recruiter called me on skype and explained the work scope in general. She also gave me the test with a deadline and said she would contact me back after a few days. But it never happened. Gone. Disappeared. Never heard back from her.

Applied online, received a linguistic test (translation and proofreading) via email, after passing the test, next step was a phone interview, then a 3h linguistic test onsite (translation and subtitle review).
