Firstly there was a CV shortlist, then a very extensive GD process, after which many rounds of interviews technical then at last HR round too.
The GD topics are elaborate like impact of recession on banking, impact of AI, fed rate, or similar

Interview
The interview contained basic general interview questions regarding my background, experience, attitude, etc. The interviewer was mostly concerned with job related issues and experiences I had had in the past and how I dealt with them. He described the position in detail and asked questions about how I prepared for the interview and what I expected out of the job.
