Very disappointed with hiring process. Applying on their website portal is not all useful. Seems posting a job requirement is only for regulatory or compliance requirement. Only way to get a interview scheduled is through reference by a person with designation. Even after clearing the technical, manager and he round, there will be no update or response. Calling or email will not be responded for the reason for rejection. Also, please get to know the salary requirements in the initial call and take decision in whether to process further or not. It reflects poorly on the organization.
@HR team, the reason for rejection could be confidential, however updating the candidate irrespective of result should be the minimum you do. Atleast for senior positions, trust them to be professional and take a no for an answer.
