After applying to this position and attending CIB leadership summit, I was contacted for an interview through email. After scheduling a date and time, I was interviewed through the phone with two other employees. If selected, you will move forward to a 2nd interview conducted virtually.
First Round HireVue containing brain games and HR like screening. This interview didn’t involve human interaction or videoing, just a questionnaire about yourself. It was hard to tell what they were looking for.

was a first round and second round interview, asked basic questions, not very technical questions, asked more based on experience, and asked behavioral questions. interviewers were nice and asked why wells fargo and why banking at wells
