Simple questions with straightforward answers and some behavioral questions along with the reason for the job application. Explain more towards your drive towards the position and the back end emotion behind applying for the job as if it is ur last job
It was a phone call pretty quick and simple, asked about my availability and tell me about a time you had to deal with an upset customer. Tell me how you multitask and work with different computer screens.

Tell me about a time you dealt with an upset customer
easy, had 1 interview and 1 phone screening. The questions with hiring manager were at STAR based questions. The phone screening had a few questions but not too much. It was an easier interview but the 1:1 I was kind of nervous. Both interviews were over the phone.
