There was a phone screening, then a 2 person interviews with more than 4 people. The final Interview was working 1.5 hours for free for the company and analyzing dummy data to present your finds on website drop rates. I was lead on and told that the CEO Ashley was going to call me over the weekend to give me next steps. This was the most disorganized and unprofessional interview I have been to. During my presentation, I was given positive feedback and I met with the 4 same people twice. Anyone that works in Data and Business analytics should be able to make a decision on by my detailed analysis. I have over 5 years experience doing this work for this job. There was also a PI test to do before coming in for a Final interview. Wellist completely wasted my time and has no idea what they are doing. They will probably be acquired by Humana Edge that has the same product.
