Wellist interview questions

A Phone call screen, 2 different personality tests, have another phone call to follow up, and 2-3 hour in-person interview that includes an exercise with presentation. Very little prep work so deep-end test on getting a support plan made for a customer.

Long and drawn out well over 7 weeks. Multiple meetings, including in person, phone and video conference. Very confusing of the direction of the process as the last interview included questions that are typically asked in the first interview, as example.
