I applied online and they called within two days. the interviewing process was very easy, they just made sure you were a good person who could deal with costumers. Was hired immediately and started within a week.

The interview was Very friendly and open, the interviewer was very patient and essentially had the position open and ready to fill it, told me the job application process and information about the drug test
A smooth and simply interview process, a drug test is required if you get to that point. Dress business casual, resume is optional but not a necessity. Usually interviewed by the store's general manger
