Been to interview-- first round was tele(cleared it) moved to second round at company premises. the surprise question was this is first or second round ..? badly i need to this is my second round.
Later some of the Questions are not knowing themselves. i m posting some Question which couldn't able to crrt answer.
- Reverse the word but vowels should be at same place - example of the Word is PRAVEEN answer should be "NVAREEP" and i couldn't able to get the answer, but i try to manage later at night tried all the way but still looking for the answer ....

Request you to cross check for which round the candidates are coming and what would be the best Question we need to ask.
HR - if we failed to clear the round, you should be contact the candidate and polite to answer instead of hearing an answer from Security person "you can leave for the day".
This company is not suit even to again the experience of interview. leave about joining and the salary offers.
