I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair
Interview
Terrible experience. First they say it would be a contract, which I agreed with, went through the entire interview pipeline: phone screening, virtual on-site, negotiated offer, accepted. Two week later, they told me they are no longer accepting contractors and will need to re-interview me for a full-time position, which I agreed to. Went through the entire interview pipeline again, negotiated salary, then suddenly they say they are not hiring anymore.
Funniest part is, the recruiter was raging about how the previous candidate was so unprofessional for bailing on them after signing job contract and told me multiple times to stick to my words.
Thank GOD I didn't quit my old job or I would had been royally screwed.

Overall ok but the coding test environment is like a black box that you just can’t debug. If you solve by debugging, you’re doomed. LeetCode won’t really prepare you for this.
