The interview was held online through Google Meet. It wasn’t just a formal Q&A, we also had a friendly chat. The interviewer was nice and approachable, although they weren’t on camera.

They mainly asked about my technical skills and the tools I’ve used for the role. They also asked about my experience working in a team, whether I’ve ever had any difficulties, and how I handled them. They also asked about my previous work experience and how it relates to the position.
The Interview includes 2 steps. FGD and user interview. I join with WIP program . For the FGD it’s not practical but we just solve some cases give from the interviewer.i

f i am not mistake there 3 questions and mostly about how we solve kinda like internal problem in organization. For the user interview , the interviewer just ask general questions, like why we interesting,and what we expect etc.

For WIP intern program there will be FGD first followed by User Interview on the same day. It's pretty fun and there are no pressure from the interviewer. The FGD will focusing on what will you do as a business owner of Waste4Change
