Interview
During my interview at Walmart, I experienced a mix of behavioral and situational questions designed to assess whether I was a good fit for the company culture and the specific role I was applying for. The process began with a phone or online interview, followed by an in-person or virtual meeting with a hiring manager. They asked me about my customer service experience, problem-solving abilities, teamwork skills, and how I would handle challenging situations. There were also questions about my availability, work ethic, and motivation to join Walmart. The atmosphere felt professional but friendly, with the aim of understanding both my skills and my personality.

Question 1
How would you handle a situation where a customer is unhappy with their purchase and demands a refund or exchange?
Describe a time when you worked as part of a team to achieve a goal. What was your role, and what did you learn from the experience?
Why do you want to work at Walmart, and how do you see yourself contributing to our team?
Easy to accomplish and not very difficult. Seemed if you used common sense you’ll be okay. Just be yourself and go in there prepared. Good luck! I didn’t get an offer but I was fine with that.
Fairly easy. Multiple rounds. Just have positive attitude. They’ll do an initial round. And then you meet with 2 other supervisors on 2 different occasions. They just want to make sure you will be friendly to customers and be able to listen and follow directions
The interview was fine but you definitely get the big box store vibe. It was a bit rushed through, I could tell the manager was going through the motions but I also don’t necessarily expect anything more.
