Interview
I applied online a while ago but never took the assessment. Received an email for an invitation to their job fair. Interviewed, was asked about job history and skills. Was offered a job on the spot.
The interview process was very quick. I was asked three questions and received verbal job offer at end of interview. I found using the STAR method helpful when answering questions.
