I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at WTW (London, England) in Jan 2016
Interview
Application is pretty straight forward, complete thorough research on the company before you answer app questions, know a bit about your lob to stand out. Given 2 days to complete numerical and critical tests, shl pretty standard, just practice the critical beforehand. Then telephone interview, again just like the reviews posted, just be yourself but show passion for the company and lob. Found out a couple of days after that I had been successful.
AC was very structured, written, presentation, group and then 1hr interview with brainteasers, fun times. Everyone was super friendly, cannot stress how Important it is to be yourself. Be confident in everything you do as it worked for me :D

First round was an online competency test. Treat these seriously as you will get screened out if you get too many of these wrong. Be careful with respect to time on these. The follow up was a basic Phone interview, followed by 2 rounds of in person interviews with HR and management.
