They brought me in for lunch (Mendocino Farms!) with their associates before proceeding to a brief introduction with the regional manager and then three back-to-back half-hour interviews with current consulting actuaries.

Two on one interview in person at the Toronto office. I met with two guys, they were very nice. It had a very chill and relaxed atmosphere - felt a lot like a conversation. I recommend going to networking events, having already met the interviews previously was a plus.

I applied online and was contacted by a university recruiter about one month later. Following this, I scheduled a 30-minute phone screen with the company, where I talked to two analysts in the department for a behavioral interview. About one month after this I was invited to the office for a full day of interviews with five consultants in the DC office and got to have meals with analysts.
